1912 Bed and Breakfast

We offer four guest rooms located on the second floor, all beautifully decorated in a unique style . All rooms feature memory foam mattresses, soft sheets and fluffy pillows. The flat screen TV’s have both live and streaming options. Free WIFI in Guest rooms and common areas. A full Southern Breakfast is served every Morning. Get to know the other guests around the breakfast table sharing stories and laughter.

Take a stroll to the downtown historic district with fine and casual dining, shopping and even the Sumter Opera House! A short drive away are many parks including the Sumter must see Swan Lake Iris Gardens! Sumter offers a variety of festivals, free concerts and attractions. Check the City of Sumter event calendar. This is a great location to take day trips to places such as Myrtle Beach or Charleston. You may just want to sit on our large front porch, sipping some sweet tea or relax in the living room with a good book.
