Welcome to Price House Cottage – an historic plantation cottage B&B nestled in the historic district of Summerville, SC. The cottage is the perfect getaway for two (or four) guests. You’ll love the large sitting room with fireplace, separate bedroom with a queen-sized, four-poster bed, a full bath, plus a full kitchen!

Our complete attention has been focused on making our guest Cottage the perfect place for your stay. The interior is elegant yet comfortable, professionally decorated with fine fabrics, quality bed linens, and antique and reproduction furniture. The large sitting room has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace with gas logs.

The bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceilings and includes a cozy sitting area. The comfortable queen-sized, four-poster bed will ensure a good night’s rest. For additional guests, a queen sofa bed is available in the living room, with an AirDream mattress for maximum sleeping comfort.

A fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy–breakfast, of course, is provided unless you’ve chosen a self-catering reservation. The modern, tiled bath includes a tub/shower and pedestal sink.
