Description
Welcome to the Sweet Arrow Inn at the Historical Ricker House in the quaint borough of Hummelstown. History abounds in this beautiful Victorian home built in 1890 by a local builder living two houses away. Four families have cared for this home over that past 126 years. Each family has their own unique stories to tell.
The Ricker family called this home for four generations. Virginia Ricker tells stories of jumping out of upstairs windows, listening to the old time gospels on the radio in the original 1890 summer kitchen.
After Virginia sold the house to Craig and Jan Faust, Jan used her passion to turn the backyard into a gardening paradise. Through the years the Fausts restored the home to its original splendor.
In 2015 Rebecca Kline purchased the home and began adding her personal touch and style to this historical home. Antique furniture, collectibles and heirlooms placed throughout the home add to its rustic charm.
Come visit Sweet Arrow Inn and immerse yourself in the history and beauty of the local area.
