Kiwassa Lake B&B is an Adirondack waterfront Bed and Breakfast in Saranac Lake. The B&B is so close to the water’s edge that guests feel like they’re staying in a luxury boathouse. The B&B is conveniently located three miles from Saranac Lake and 10 miles from Lake Placid in the Adirondack Mountains. The property is nestled on twenty wooded acres at the end of a dead end road on the water’s edge of Lake Kiwassa. The B&B has five guest suites each with a private bath and wireless Internet access. There is a full guest kitchen located on the second floor of the main house to refrigerate drinks or snacks.

Rates are based on double occupancy and include a gourmet breakfast overlooking Kiwassa Lake with the exception of guests in the Goose Landing, in which case breakfast is not offered.
