Trimmer House Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located in the heart of the Finger Lake Region of New York in historic downtown Penn Yan, New York. Penn Yan has been named one of the top 100 “Best Small Towns in America.”

David Orville Trimmer built Trimmer House for his wife and daughters in 1891. David Trimmer was a wealthy wine merchant specializing in champagne. Trimmer House Bed and Breakfast opened in 1997. No expense was spared in restoring this fine example of Queen Anne architecture into a Finger Lake bed and breakfast.
