Grayhaven Motel

Welcome to the Grayhaven. A charming 16 room motor lodge located in Ithaca, a small city in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. Our lovingly restored motel offers a contemporary, affordable lodging experience for visiting family, friends, business travelers and vacationers. You’ll find classic and spacious mid-century rooms as well as fully equipped cottages and suites with kitchenettes. Many of our rooms are dog friendly, and guests rave about our fenced dog yard.

We, Alexis and Mark, are the new owners of this very sweet motel and accompanying 11 acres. Two years into a major rehabilitation of the property, we are excited to continue implementing new amenities that make for an increasingly more comfortable and sustainable stay.
