The Harpswell Inn rents for $3,000.00 for a wedding ceremony and/or
reception. This includes the use of our commercial kitchen for caterers, our
front lawn for tents, and a waterfront fire pit (used for gatherings the night
before the wedding). This does not include tent rentals, tables, chairs,
tablecloths or place settings.
A commitment to renting all 10 rooms (20-24 guests total) for at least 2
nights each is required. The total cost of which is $2090.00, in addition
to renting the property. This includes breakfast. This does not include
lunch or dinner, though catered meals can be arranged. Guests can pay for
their own rooms, but the responsibility to pay for those who do not and
any no-shows ultimately rests on the signer of the contract.
The Harpswell Inn does not furnish wedding packages as every wedding is
different. We are flexible to all manners of planning, from formal eight
course meals to the more casual lobster bakes and home cooked buffets. All
the details will be formalized in a contract well in advance. References are
available from previous wedding parties.
