History of the Terry House.

New Castle, south of Wilmington, Delaware, on the Delaware River, has been described as an “undiscovered jewel”. Architecture is an 18th and 19th century mix. Museums are open on a regular basis and there are many special events during the year. New Castle is very convenient to all of the area attractions such as Winterthur Museum and Longwood Gardens.

Our guest rooms are spacious, with private baths, queen size beds and modern amenities. The rooms offer a view of Battery Park or Market Square and the Court House and the Delaware River during the winter months.
