Our historic bed and breakfast in Milton, Delaware, lies just a few miles north of the Delaware’s eastern shore beaches. Mansion Farm Inn is located only eight miles from the quaint town of Lewes, DE, 13 miles from the seaside town of Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk and about 40 miles north of Ocean City, MD.

Our property offers a quiet, tranquil country setting near several beaches and is only five miles from Broadkill Beach. Now with Two Dog Friendly Suites!

Built as a private residence more than 209 years ago, Mansion Farm Inn is rich in history. Our two-acre property is a truly relaxing getaway, lined with evergreens, holly bushes and cornfields. With serene gardens, fountain and a new large saltwater pool, you may never want to leave, so bring a bathing suit and book.

Each of our three guestrooms in Main House and 2 Suites in the Barn, reflects our style of decor, yet related to the history of the Mansion Farm. We have the Robbins Room, named after the original owner David Robbins, which is the largest room and more of a romantic room, with shades of beige, cream and teal. The Milton Room, named after the city of Milton, has a nautical theme with colors of terracotta, orange and green. The Holly Room has a modern twist with shades of green and blues. It was named after the holly wreath business where they were made and distributed from the property in the 1930’s, which led Delaware to name it as their state tree.
