Built in 1833 by Elias Brown, banker and relative of one of the current owners, the House of 1833 is a 19th century Greek revival mansion and national landmark masterpiece on three beautifully wooded and landscaped acres of gardens and fountains.
We always include our world-famous full New England country-gourmet candlelight breakfasts and feature a seasonal full size swimming pool surrounded by lush perennial gardens and fountains…dotted with sun cots, chairs, and eight glass tables with big blue market umbrellas.
