Since 2005, the Connecticut River Valley Inn has been home to Resident Artist and Chief Experience Officer (CEO), Patricia Brubaker, welcoming guests from around the world to the beautiful Connecticut River Valley and to the historic town of Glastonbury (incorporated in 1640!) to learn, create, and relax!

2020 has introduced some exciting changes to our location which will now be focusing on blending Pat’s two passsions ….. The Arts and Hospitality!

At our property you’ll find an all inclusive setting of a sun-lit art studio, art filled lodging, and on-site meals in the beautiful Connecticut River Valley Region of Southern New England.

The Artists Rising Getaway features 6 guest rooms with private baths, spacious modern rooms with ammenities such as fireplaces, air conditioning, beautiful bathrooms, balconies and the most delicious of foods served throughout your stay.

Workshops are fuly immersive and are hosted from March through December every year for 5 days and 4 nights. We hope to include workshops on everything from painting, absract art, block printing, intuitive painting and hopefully some fabric and fiber arts classes.
