Description
Built by the Callaway Brothers from the state of Delaware in 1886, The Delaware Hotel combines Victorian propriety with “Old Wild West”excitement. It is Leadville, Colorado’s single remaining grand hotel from the “glory days” of the strike-it-rich era of the late 1880s. Nestled amidst the tallest peaks in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, The Delaware Hotel is part museum, part gallery, and part country inn and continues to offer travelers a taste of Victorian style and Western hospitality.
