The Green Toad Bed & Breakfast Inn

Located in the beautiful Sierra Foothills between the Middle and South Forks of the American River, and surrounded by nature in every direction, the Green Toad Inn is a wonderful place to relax, read, or go for a stroll. There are four private bedrooms available at the Inn. A homemade country breakfast, as well as light afternoon refreshments, are included.

The Green Toad Inn is situated on 40 acres of forest, surrounded by 80 acres of government land, and adjacent to 90 acres of the privately owned North Star Tree Farm. Many walking trails are on the grounds of the Green Toad and on the Tree Farm, which has plantation Christmas trees, four ponds, an organic commercial fruit orchard, and an old gold mine.

It is a short 10-minute drive to the historic gold mining town of Georgetown, and just 20 minutes to downtown Placerville.
