Listed on the National Register of historical places, The Old Schoolhouse Inn & Restaurant is a feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds. Our historic site located in Downsville is the perfect setting for private parties, weddings, luncheons, business meetings and more.

The newly renovated Inn is open for business and is the perfect getaway any season of the year. The Inn offers four guest rooms and a Honeymoon Suite. All of our rooms have private bathrooms, flat screen TV’s, air conditioning and free WiFi.

We offer a complete lunch and dinner menu that inludes appetizers, a shrimp salad bar, chicken, seafood entrees, as well as an assortment of delicious homemade desserts. We proudly serve our famous all natual farm raised Texas Longhorn burgers and offer various steaks on special.
